I’m a Product and UX designer fueled by a strong passion for user-centered design and a lot of coffee. My goal is to advocate for the user every day, letting the business know just how important a loyal customer can be.
I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the esteemed Art University and a Master of Fine Arts in Interactive Design. This academic foundation has equipped me with a solid understanding of the principles that underpin effective interaction design, providing me with the knowledge to create designs that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality.

Leading design efforts across 3 brands with unique offerings, this work includes research, new and existing feature design, design systems, and engineering hand-off to service over 20 million customers yearly. I designed a new online scheduling experience that increased new client acquisition, seeing 64% of all online appointments coming from first-time customers. I helped manage agency partners in redesigning a 23 bespoke website experience into a single site for a rebranded pet hospital within a 6-month timeframe. Helped save the company $1 million/year by redesigning office details pages for the WellNow brand, and ending a contract with a 3PO.
